Service Description
We believe that learning extends beyond traditional classrooms and textbooks. Our candle making class embodies this philosophy, offering a unique blend of creativity, skill-building, and community engagement for youth and adults alike. Whether you're looking to learn a new skill, bond with friends and family, or simply enjoy a relaxing activity, our class caters to all these needs. We provide a nurturing environment where compassion and love are at the forefront, ensuring that every participant leaves with a sense of accomplishment and a beautiful candle to show for it.
Cancellation Policy
Advance booking is required for all classes, workshops, and private events unless otherwise stated. Full payment may be required at the time of booking to reserve a seat, service, or event date. For select offerings, a non-refundable deposit may be required, with the remaining balance due by the deadline provided at booking. Product orders, custom items, and event-based services are processed only after payment terms are accepted. All bookings and purchases are confirmed on a first-paid, first-served basis. Confirmation details will be sent by email or text when applicable. Guests are encouraged to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early for scheduled experiences. Programming begins promptly. Late arrival may limit participation. No-shows forfeit payment. Cancellations made at least 72 hours before a scheduled class or workshop may be rescheduled or issued credit. Cancellations made 24 to 72 hours before the scheduled start time will receive credit only. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event are non-refundable and non-transferable. Private events may be rescheduled once with at least 7 days’ notice, based on availability. Deposits for private events, custom services, and specialty bookings are non-refundable. Custom products, made-to-order items, and supply-based service purchases are final sale once production or preparation has begun. If Busy Being Amazing must cancel or reschedule a service, event, or class due to weather, low enrollment, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, customers may be offered a refund, credit, replacement date, or transfer, depending on the nature of the purchase. When capacity is reached for a class, event, or limited offering, guests may join the waitlist. Waitlist placement does not guarantee access. If space becomes available, it will be offered in the order requests were received. Guests must respond within the timeframe provided or the opportunity may be released to the next person. For experiences involving custom creations or product preparation, pickup timelines will be shared at the time of service or purchase. Customers are responsible for picking up items within the stated timeframe unless delivery arrangements are otherwise stated. All guests must follow class, event, and safety instructions. Guests with allergies, fragrance sensitivities, or special accommodation needs should notify us in advance. By booking, purchasing, or participating, you agree to these terms.
